Our credit union will only share information when absolutely necessary. We will only share information to administer the services and products we provide, when we partner with other businesses to offer a broader array of products and services, or when required by law. We only work with companies that agree to follow strict confidentiality requirements. We do not permit these companies to sell the member information we provide to other 3rd parties.

If you decide to terminate your membership or become an inactive member, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice. Hampton City Employee's credit union restricts access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. HCECU maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulation to guard your non-public personal information.
